Small Wonders is seeking an experienced early childhood professional ready to step into a Lead Infant Teacher role and take ownership of a calm, nurturing classroom that supports children during their earliest stages of development.

Qualifications
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field
- At least 1 year of Lead Teacher experience
- Strong understanding of infant development and routines
- Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) experience a plus
