What You’ll Do:

• Guide homeowners through our streamlined sales process, from initial contact to signed contract
• Knock doors, follow up on hot company-provided leads, and self-generate opportunities
• Conduct roof inspections and deliver compelling estimates for both retail and insurance claims
• Sell additional exterior upgrades such as siding, gutters, and more
• Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-through

Who We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter with a strong desire to outperform the competition
• Someone with reliable transportation and comfort working in the field
• Sales experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Familiarity with exterior home improvement products is a plus
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn sales software
