Position Overview
Jones LUXE Homecare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide as-needed (PRN) clinical
services within client homes. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, identify personal care needs, and develop
individualized care plans to ensure safe, high-quality care in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Care Planning: Conduct in-home assessments, evaluate ADLs, and develop individualized care
plans.
Care Oversight & Coordination: Provide clinical direction to caregivers and ensure proper implementation of care plans.
Health Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor client condition and maintain accurate, compliant records.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure services meet state regulations and agency standards.
Schedule
PRN (As Needed) – Flexible scheduling based on client and agency needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum one (1) year clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home health, personal care, or senior care
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Familiarity with ADLs and non-medical care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Work Environment
This role requires travel to client homes throughout the Cleveland area. The RN will work independently while maintaining
the high standards and professionalism of Jones LUXE Homecare.
