We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This includes:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.
• Active or eligible for licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Able to see a variety of appointments, including same-day work-ins.
• Comfortable with surgery although we are open to tailoring this area to you
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working in a small animal general practice.
• Open to considering new graduates.

As part of our dedicated team, you'll play a key role in shaping the standard of care we provide. This includes:

• Diagnosing medical conditions and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educating clients to help them make informed decisions about their pets' health.
• Performing surgical procedures.
• Taking a whole-body approach to care, including referring patients to our in-house Rehabilitation and Chiropractic teams when appropriate.
• Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive, engaged, and happy work environment.
• Actively contributing to team discussions and practice improvements.
