What You'll Do:

• Provide care in alignment with Assisted Living regulations and residents’ individual needs
• Assist with planning and coordination of services under the direction of the Resident Services Director
• Administer medications and monitor resident health
• Lead, support, and guide care staff to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment

What You'll Need:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
• 1+ years of experience in a related field, required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
