BG Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Lead Certified Maintenance Technician for a full‑time placement at a premier apartment community in Cincinnati, OH (45249).
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45249
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Position Overview:
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to oversee maintenance operations while delivering top‑tier service. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in apartment maintenance and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily maintenance operations and support maintenance staff
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
- Perform advanced electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general repairs
- Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
- Communicate effectively with property management and residents
Requirements:
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Extensive experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
- Proven ability to lead and mentor maintenance team members
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
