Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking either a traditional Family Medicine Physician or Family Medicine w/ OB Physician to join our team in Defiance, OH.

• Offering up to a $75,000 sign on bonus

• Primarily outpatient care with limited weekend nursey rounding & call

• 1:4 weekend nursery coverage

• Cover call an average of 1 night per week - RN triage service takes call and forwards when appropriate

• Practice consists of 4-5 Physicians and 6 APPs

• Flexible scheduling options, featuring 8- or 10-hour shifts

• Choice of 4 or 5 days per week

• We equip our Physicians with cutting-edge ambient dictation with Abridge AI

• Comprehensive relocation package available

• EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.

• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
