• Execute with Excellence: Lead high-capacity projects, managing end-to-end contract execution—from initial sourcing recommendations through to final supplier payments.

• Drive Strategic Growth: Champion productivity by analyzing complex data, performing gap and loss analysis, and utilizing your business mastery to optimize workflows.

• Lead with Courage: Act as a dedicated business owner, setting clear directions and priorities for multifunctional resources while holding partners accountable to deadlines.

• Master Technical Systems: Navigate document management with precision, utilizing PDF slicer tools and Microsoft Office 365 to maintain impeccable data integrity and compliance.

• Collaborate & Solve: Identify root causes of issues and develop mitigation plans, acting as a bridge between internal senior leadership and external industry partners.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Leadership: Experience as a Project Manager, Marketing Specialist, or Initiative Leader with a high capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, alongside expertise in digital document tracking and PDF navigation.
