We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for OTR and regional positions based out of Sharonville, OH . This opportunity offers strong weekly pay, consistent miles, and flexible home time.
Position Details:
- Hiring Area:
- Solo: Within 50 miles of Sharonville, OH
- Teams: Within 100 miles of Sharonville, OH
- Job Type: OTR & Regional
- Home Time: 5 days out, 2 days home
- Option to stay out longer for increased earnings
Pay & Compensation:
- $0.76 CPM
- $1,600 – $1,900 weekly average
- Pay negotiable based on experience
- Annual pay increases
Miles & Lanes:
- Solo: 2,000 – 3,000 miles per week
- Teams: 4,000 – 5,000 miles per week
- Solo runs primarily Midwest and lower 48
- Teams run all lower 48 states
Freight Details:
- No-touch freight
- Occasional driver unload
Orientation:
- 2-day paid orientation ($200/day)
- Location: Sharonville, OH
- Travel and hotel provided (Holiday Inn)
- Transportation covered (bus, plane, or car reimbursement)
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT and safety requirements
