As a Program Manager III within PNC's Business Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX.

Candidates should have experience with the following:

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with multiple lines of business to ensure alignment on program goals, compliance requirements, and business needs.

  • Serve as the central coordination point ("the glue") among technology, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and shared ownership.

Program Oversight & Delivery Governance

  • Provide high-level oversight of projects within the program, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and compliance expectations are met.

  • Lead and support project managers by removing roadblocks, resolving risks and issues, and maintaining overall program health.

Executive-Level Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver clear, concise program updates to heads of Technology and Line-of-Business leaders, including status reporting, risk summaries, and decision needs.

  • Facilitate executive communication and alignment to ensure consistent understanding and support across senior leadership.

Job Description

  • Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may be greater than $25m.

  • Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals.

  • Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program.

  • Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.

  • Acts as a mentor to other program managers. Teams with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $185,150.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
