Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to internal clients to support their account needs.
• Serve as the first point of contact during account opening and throughout the life of the account.
• Deliver world-class service by resolving questions, issues, and requests quickly and professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients while following company policies and procedures.
• Research issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved
• Accurately document client interactions and updates in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for internal clients.
• Adapt to process changes and new initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
