About the Opportunity
Were seeking passionate, detail-oriented individuals who love helping others plan experiences they'll never forget. As a Remote Booking Agent, you'll assist clients in researching, organizing, and booking customized trips, getaways, and experiences all while working from the comfort of your own home.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with reservations, inquiries, and itinerary planning
- Provide professional guidance and suggestions to enhance client experiences
- Utilize vendor tools and online platforms to find best-fit options
- Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through exceptional service
What You'll Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Access to a computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, coachable, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
