$32 p/h + Guaranteed Overtime
3rd Shift 9pm - 7am

Compulsory overtime on Friday & Saturday at 1.5x rate
We are working with an established **Paper Packaging Company **based in Cincinnati, OH. They are recruiting for a **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on nights in return for a salary in the region of **$32 p/h **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.
Duties as an Maintenance Technician :
- Maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues including motors, controls
- Replace bearings, rewire motors, and test/verify repairs on automated systems
- Maintaining sheeting and slitting equipment, creped paper machines, laminators & conveyors
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues
- Welding and fabrication
- Machinery installations and assembly
- Conducting preventative and reactive machinery maintenance
- Read schematics and maintenance manuals to perform repairs and installations
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance, ideally within manufacturing
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, manuals, and safety rules
- Preferred experience in both mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with PPE and physical demands such as standing, kneeling, or handling tools for extended periods
- Licenses to operate lifts or powered industrial equipment a plus
