Are you looking to gain experien ce with a great company? Mancan is working with a company in Fredericksburg who is looking for Press Operators on 2nd shift. No experience needed, they are willing to train! All positions are temp-to-hire.

Duties will include:
-working with rubber or plastic
-lifting up to 35lbs
-could be running 1 press or multiple presses depending on the area
-other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.
2nd shift: 4pm-12am

Candidates must be able to pass drug test and background check

Pay will be $17/HR with $1 shift premium.
Benefits offered when hired:
-$17.00 starting wage
-$17.25 Target 6 weeks
-$17.50 Target 3 months
-$17.75 Target 6 months
-$18.00 Target at one year
-$1.00 per hours shift premium for second and third shifts
-Opportunity to earn up to $19.00 base rate with $1 per hour shift premium
-Incentive program offering opportunity to earn more than base rate
-Performance bonus
-Vacation plan 3 days after 6 months, 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, plus 2 option days
-Prescription card available after 90 days
-Life insurance available after 90 days
-Medical and dental available after 90 days. Employee cost is $26.00 per week for single, $77.60 per week for employee +1, $107.20 for family. Dental is $2.95 single & $7.39 family.
-Vision cover is available for those who want it for an additional cost.
-Sickness & accident insurance available after 90 days
-10 paid holidays
-Tuition refund program covers courses approved by the company
-Postings for other jobs available in plant
-Scholarship program - available after 2 years of employment, for employee, dependents or descendants.
-401K eligible to contribute after 6 months of employment-effective 1/1/2016 automatically enrolled after waiting period
