Responsibilities - Your Day To Day!
Provide an outstanding customer experience with every interaction, whether by phone, email, or text.
Engage customers to understand their needs and guide them toward appropriate new and pre-owned vehicle options.
Collaborate with the BDC Manager and sales team to ensure all leads are followed up, documented, and properly tracked in the CRM.
Make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and set quality appointments for the sales team.
Cross-train within the BDC team to support internet leads, appointment setting, and phone prospecting.
Stay up to date on vehicle models, features, accessories, and promotions to confidently educate customers.
Participate in ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with phone-based and digital customer engagement.
Ability to learn dealership systems, CRM software, and product knowledge quickly.
Confident presentation skills with the ability to share information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and co-workers.
Basic mathematical proficiency
Ability to interpret and follow instructions.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the drive to achieve goals.
Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
