Marketer for SNF Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000+ per year Job Type: Full-time, in-person position Are you passionate about making a difference in others' lives? As a Marketer for a CCRC overseeing the Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness, drive admissions, and maintain positive relationships within the community. Marketer for Skilled Nursing Facility's role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of healthcare marketing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. This is a large, high volume facility. Experience overseeing multiple facilities is a huge plus. If your expirence aligns, compensation can be negotiated appropriately. Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and potential residents and their families.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
THOSE WITHOUT RELEVANT HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Skilled Nursing Facility's services and attract potential residents and their families.
- Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior living networks, and other relevant stakeholders to generate referrals and foster partnerships.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitors, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation initiatives to identify and cultivate potential residents and referral sources, including outreach campaigns, networking events, and educational seminars.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the facility's digital presence, including website management, social media marketing, online advertising, and email campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, clinical staff, and management, to align marketing efforts with operational goals and ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track key performance metrics, analyze marketing data, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and educational sessions to engage the community, showcase facility services, and build relationships with potential residents and their families.
