Location: Hudson, NY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

• Build real relationships and become a trusted support in someone's life.
• Help individuals with daily activities, skill-building, community involvement, and personal growth.
• Promote independence, health, and well-being.
• Participate in activities that help people discover their strengths and connect with others.
• Provide respectful, person-centered support in line with each individual's goals and dreams.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Have (or are willing to earn) certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and medication administration.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities is a plus but not required.
