📍 Location: ABL Wholesale Distributors - Trumbull County, OH
💰 Compensation: Competitive salary rate + commission with no cap!

ABL Wholesale Distributors has proudly served retailers across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia for over 50 years. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team and manage the Trumbull County territory.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to both grow new accounts and nurture existing ones. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and sign new customers through cold calling and prospecting

• Grow existing customer accounts with regular visits and weekly check-ins

• Present new product opportunities and review weekly promotional flyers

• Provide training on ordering systems and support tools

• Act as the communication bridge between ABL and retail clients

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and orders

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly

• Coordinate participation and customer registration for the Annual Trade Show

• Participate in monthly sales meetings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales and relationship-building experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365; AS400 experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
