We are a newly opened hotel in Middleburg Heights, currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts, including 6 am to 11am,

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, such as hot and cold dishes, pastries, beverages, and fresh fruit.

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked breakfast buffet, ensuring that items are replenished as needed and food presentation is visually appealing.

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Set up and break down the breakfast area, ensuring that all equipment is clean and properly stored.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and counters and sweeping the floor as needed.

• Communicate with management regarding inventory levels and guest feedback to ensure a positive breakfast experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Basic food preparation and handling knowledge, including adherence to food safety guidelines.
