Join Loving Touch Care as a Home Health Aide in Mentor, OH, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we invite you to be a part of our caring team. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Help with medication reminders and basic health care tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and any significant observations in client records.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
