Job Duties: Perform groundskeeping restoration site tasks, including seeding and strawing designated areas. Duties include preparing soil, spreading seed and straw by hand, raking, leveling, and performing general grounds labor as assigned. Use of basic hand tools such as rakes, shovels, hoes, hand-spreaders, wheelbarrows, and manual tampers is required. Workers will also load and unload landscaping materials and maintain a clean and safe worksite.

Special Requirements: Requires three months of previous landscape experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire random and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Driver's license required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
