We are seeking a Project Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations on multifamily projects. This role is responsible for managing the jobsite from mobilization through completion—driving schedule, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Superintendent to run on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. This position is perfect for:

• An assistant superintendent with multifamily experience ready to lead their own site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Take ownership of jobsite progress from ground-breaking to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and enforce safety standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections, maintaining accurate records.
• Manage inspections and ensure compliance with local codes
• Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify/resolve issues
• Maintain organized and accurate jobsite documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with a focus on multifamily.
• Proven experience as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or construction management running ground up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple trades, scopes, and to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend availability based on project needs.
