Work Hours: 7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7AM (Rotating shifts) Weekends as needed
Location: Willard, OH As a Supply Specialist 1, you will:
- Maintain Inventory levels
- Pull or replenish inventory
- Conduct review of inventory stock
- Manage multiple priorities
- Use computer software with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
- Responsible for order tracking, PC card receiving reconciliations, and housekeeping
- Rotating shift position with a $2.00 (USD) shift differential.
- Starting pay listed is the minimum - actual offer rate will be based on qualifications and other determining factors.
- Able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
- Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
- Able to perform arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric procedures in standard practical applications.
- Able to read and interpret work instructions.
- Able to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of shop tools and equipment and methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work.
- Able to communicate effectively in writing using proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar, using all parts of speech.
- Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient computer skills primarily the Microsoft Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work with attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends and holidays as necessary
