IS Technician - Shipping/Receiving
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and inventory IT hardware in the client system.
- Unpack, pick, package, and ship IT hardware to stores and field service technicians according to schedule.
- Process returned equipment and ensure proper handling of shipped items.
- Accurately record product serial numbers and maintain work areas in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
- Follow instructions via service orders or verbal guidance to ensure timely fulfillment of hardware requests.
Skills:
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment safely.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Able to be on their feet for most of the workday.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with assistance.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
