About the Position
Job Description:
Provide direct patient care in a combined Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
Document patient care and progress in EMR accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and disease management.
Requirements
Requirements:
Active RN license in [State].
Minimum 1–2 years experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
