Call Center Associate
Full-time, non-exempt position providing effective inbound call service to new and existing members, providers and customers. Workweek is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No weekends or holidays are required of this position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer incoming calls from members, providers and customers on VoIP system;
- Transfer calls successfully to extensions, external numbers or voicemail extensions as recorded in directory;
- Accurately record information, as applicable; and
- Perform clinic support duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate, or equivalent
- Ability to listen and speak courteously
- Literacy abilities
- Ability to sit 80-90% of a workday
