OFSAA Consultant
Position Description:
Are you a techno-functional expert ready to drive the financial architecture of a global leader? We are looking for a Senior OFSAA Developer to lead the design and evolution of our risk and profitability ecosystems.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will be the architect of institutional stability. You will own the end-to-end implementation of OFSAA 8.1.x modules, transforming complex data into actionable insights for FTP, ALM, and PFT. You'll work at the heart of our Run-Rule Framework, optimizing high-performance ETL processes and ensuring our compliance with evolving regulatory and compliance standards.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
.Design & Development: Lead the technical design and build of OFSAA solutions (Data Integrations, Calculations, Dashboards, Reports).
.Customization: Develop custom code (DEFI, Run Rules, T2Ts) for specific business needs, especially within modules like KYC, AML, Profitability, or FCCM.
.Data Management: Implement data flows from EDW/upstream systems, manage data mapping, and ensure data quality through DQ rules.
.Technical Expertise: Write complex SQL, PL/SQL, manage batch processes (AUTOSYS), and tune performance.
.Project Lifecycle: Participate in all SDLC phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support).
.Leadership: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor other developers.
.Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Compliance teams, and other stakeholders
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Qualifications:
.Experience: 5+ years of specialized experience in OFSAA development and financial services.
.Technical Stack: Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting, and data modeling tools like Erwin.
.OFSAA Toolset: Expertise in DIH (Data Integration Hub), OFSAAI, and OJET forms framework for UI customization.
.Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking terminology, financial statements, and risk management frameworks.
.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $154,300.00.
