Job Title: Engineering Analyst
Job Description: We're looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Analyst to play a key role in supporting a wide range of engineering initiatives. In this role, you'll gather, interpret, and evaluate technical data to help inform project decisions. You'll be responsible for creating and refining engineering models, running simulations, and compiling detailed technical documentation. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance design efficiency, streamline processes, and contribute to overall mission success. The right candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset to tackle complex engineering problems with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and update engineering models and simulations using tools like ANSYS, Atlassian, CAMEO, Teamwork Cloud, SolidWorks, MATLAB, and more.
Evaluate performance data, test outcomes, and manufacturing metrics to uncover insights and identify outliers.
Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate results and recommendations.
Work collaboratively with engineers and technical teams to refine designs and enhance efficiency.
Investigate engineering issues and determine root causes and corrective actions.
Provide technical insight during design reviews.
Ensure projects comply with applicable engineering standards and regulations.
Keep up-to-date with emerging tools, methods, and industry trends.
Required Skills/Education:
At least 10 years of experience in systems engineering or related analytical roles, including a minimum of 3 years working with modern digital engineering tools and development practices.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with military, government, and industry stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Self-motivated with the ability to manage daily responsibilities independently.
Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex technical schematics and specifications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Industrial, Systems, or a related field).
