Mancan in Canton is assisting a local legal office with an Admin. Assistant position.
Schedule: 9am-5:30pm Mon- Thur- 9am -3pm on FridayPayrate:$16.00 This practice is Elder Law, which is highly specialized. Applicant will be dealing with a lot of confidential financial information, so applicant must have a clean background. Applicant will also regularly be dealing with our elderly clients, so they need to be comfortable talking with older folks and be patient. Duties will be as follows:
Answer multiple phone line system;
Maintain strong attention to detail and organization of filing system;
Copying, filing and scanning of sensitive documents;
Proficient with Outlook and Excel; and
Maintain professionalism in a busy environment.
