Telecom Laborer - Construction

Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a construction crew to complete daily project tasks
- Assist with all manual labor activities as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Operate construction equipment in support of ongoing works
- Perform physically demanding construction duties safely and efficiently
- Support crew members with placing underground pipe and conduit
- Carry out general labor tasks, including digging, material handling, and site preparation
- Use hand and power tools as required to complete assigned tasks
Skills/Must have:
- Previous underground utility experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and site guidance
- Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely
- Capability to lift, carry, and place heavy objects
- Valid Class A CDL driver’s license preferred

Salary:
- Competitive pay rate: $23 - $25 per hour
