Growing Range Production Associate
Location: Strader’s Growing Range – Ostrander, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM / Seasonal
Occasional Saturday mornings as needed
Position begins March 2, 2026
We’re hiring a Growing Range Production Associate to support seasonal crop production in our growing operation. This is a hands-on, production-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality work and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves.
What You’ll Do
- Primarily assist with potting seasonal crops (repetitive, production-based work)
- Perform basic plant maintenance as requested
- Pull and prep plant orders for delivery when needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas within the growing range
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to stand for the full workday and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of routinely lifting up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable with physical labor in a mostly indoor, cool environment
- Production-minded with attention to quality and consistency
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
