Landscape Maintenance Detail Crew Leader
Bella's Lawn and Landscape, a family-owned and operated business, is seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Leader for our Detail Crew. We take pride in delivering high-quality landscape management and snowplowing services to our commercial clients throughout Toledo and NW Ohio. As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' landscapes and ensuring our services meet and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on client's landscape in their mulch/stone beds, including weeding/spraying, planting flowers, and deadheading plants.
- Enhance the aesthetics and quality of landscapes to meet Bella's standards.
- Ensure each jobsite is completed to a high standard and meets/exceeds quality expectations.
- Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from jobsites.
- Use backpack sprayer and blower to clean surfaces after job completion.
- Work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Adhere to a minimum weekly schedule of 7:15 am - 5:15 pm Monday-Thursday, with additional hours on Friday and Saturday as work/weather dictates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a commercial landscape company.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to manage workload independently and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
