Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for an auto-offer opportunity in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience and the ability to adapt quickly to unit workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg Telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Adhere to all clinical, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (prior to travel assignments)
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand)
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Timekeeping System:
- Experience with time tracking systems such as Lotus/Qualivis preferred
Vaccination Requirements:
- COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
