Project Manager

Where we need you

General Description:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from project order to post-SOP closure.
• Ensure project delivery in terms of timing, cost, and quality.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans and reports.
• Lead communication with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional (matrix) project teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with RA procedures and RAMP guidelines.
• Track open points and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead customer meetings, including critical discussions and negotiations.
• Drive project optimization through change management.
• Capture and apply lessons learned.
• Ensure successful project handover to plant operations.

How to convince us

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably working with OEM customers.
• Strong background in injection molding processes and plastic materials.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams.
• Experience in customer interaction, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of budget control and financial aspects of projects.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively lead teams.
• Ability to quickly understand and learn technical project-related aspects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
