Daily tasks for our Estimators include, but are not limited to:

• Craft precise project estimates and proposals that exceed client expectations.
• Master every aspect of the estimating process, from blueprints to contract terms.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the Central Ohio construction market, identifying trends and seizing opportunities.
• Leverage industry connections to generate sales and provide top-notch electrical estimates.
• Embark on special projects to elevate our team to new heights.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical work or related fields.
• Proficiency in the latest NEC standards and electrical estimating software.
• Collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in diverse environments.

Plus, if you bring:

• Experience in streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with AccuBid estimating software, CAD/BIM, or ERP systems.
