Job Summary We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Office Assistant to support daily office operations while assisting with customer engagement and sales-related activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a professional, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Provide information about products and services when appropriate. * Assist with customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members. * Support sales and promotional activities through customer communication. * Prepare promotional materials and resources for team members. * Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. * Collaborate with team members to support customer engagement and sales goals. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Professional and customer-focused attitude. * Strong attention to detail. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or office administration is a plus but not required.
