HMIRS Data Processor

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking an HMIRS Data Processor Qualifications - The contractor employee(s) shall possess a Bachelor's of Science with an emphasis in Chemistry, Environmental Science/Management, and/or Industrial Hygiene, and 5 years professional experience; or an Associate Degree in any Physical Science related field and at least 3 years' experience with a background in hazardous materials handling/recognition and/or chemistry, or at least 3 years' experience with USAF HMIRS program office support.
- The contractor employee(s) shall have experience in office automation and administrative support.
- The contractor employee(s) shall have experience with managing large amounts of data in support of a government program, and experience providing support to program and technical staff.
- The contractor employee(s) shall have experience in data entry, data retrieval and database maintenance.
- The contractor employee(s) shall obtain a CaC within 40 business days of start date.
- Because of the nature of this position in working in Management Operations and dealing with various Personnel related issues, the contractor employee(s) must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.
The services shall include - Accepting and transcribing of Safety Data Sheets received from USAF operations to DoD HMIRS system via USAF 711 HPWS HMIRS Workflow Module. On average, USAF HMIRS program receives approximately 3000 SDS records per month.
- Processing of the records in a timely manner not to exceed 30 days from receipt, in order to comply with federal laws and regulations.
- Quality Assurance Analysis (QA) of the data elements specified for entry by the USAF HMIRS PMO. The contractor employee(s) shall accomplish QA inspections of 65K backlog records.
- Maintaining high quality standards in conjunction with timeliness and efficiency.
- Following established guidelines directed by the USAF HMIRS PMO, and create an efficient and effective standard of operation for all processes to include training, processes, timelines and communication.
- Written/oral presentations or reports for AF HMIRS PMO or other AF leadership.
- Establishing and managing PDF and other data file types in accordance with standard business practices.
- Converting information downloaded from the Army Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center, Safe Access File Exchange consisting of Safety Data Sheet's (SDS) packages, SDS's, and upload into internal workflow system.
- Quality assurance check, ensuring items such as SDS File name, type of document, duplicate documents and file names are not repeated, and in turn not being uploaded into the workflow system.
- Performing technical review of data elements of supplied Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and shall contact the product manufacturers necessary to resolve any technical issues regarding chemical or administrative accuracy as well as populate data elements into all required fields of the HMIRS database.
- Implementation of Quality Assurance analysis of the data quality and data elements currently entered into the database, including 100% evaluation of the data field and elimination of duplicate data entry forms with systematic review of entered SDS data, according to DoD, AF, and USAFSAM provided guidance..
- Documenting monthly production, using metrics provided by the USAFSAM/OET division.
