We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in data entry and general office tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in high-volume data entry with a keen eye for accuracy, maintain Excel spreadsheets, handle financial data, and ensure data integrity across systems. This role also involves answering phone calls and supporting the team in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Excel.

• Work comfortably with numbers, calculations, and financial data.

• Ensure data integrity across internal systems and portals.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer or internal questions.

• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Support a team-oriented office environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• High level of comfort with numerical data and performing calculations accurately.

• Excellent communication skills for answering phones and handling inquiries professionally.

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a numbers-driven role is ideal.

• Experience with financial calculations or hedging is a plus.

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
