Assembly Operator
Bradner, Ohio
$15.50/hr - Paid Weekly
1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble extruded parts and blades to build louvers
- Use power tools including drills and perform light welding
- Work along a conveyor line with team members at various stations
- Ensure quality and accuracy of assembled products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Pay & Benefits
$15.50 per hour
- Union facility – eligible to join after 600 hours worked
- Once hired direct - $500 bonus
- Annual pay increases
