With experience, DSPs have the opportunity to become managers, program coordinators, or administrators. Depending on each agency’s policies, there are additional opportunities to advance in human resources, marketing, and compliance without a degree.
For those looking to have real-world experience upon graduating college, being a DSP while attending classes provides knowledge that can be applied towards:

Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· High school diploma or G.E.D.
· Must pass a background check and possibly drug screening.
