About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!
Seeking an experienced Step-Down RN to care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, managing cardiac drips, interpreting rhythms, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Requirements
Requirements:
1–2 years of recent Step-Down/Progressive Care experience
Active RN license + BLS and ACLS
Strong telemetry and critical-care assessment skills
Ability to manage moderate to high-acuity patients
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
