Project Coordinator - Creative and Website (In-Office)

Fuzati is a Catholic faith-based creative agency serving clients in the Church, non-profit, and faith-driven sectors. We're a collaborative team working in-person at our Eastlake, Ohio office (just east of Cleveland) and are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Creative and Website teams. This beginner-to-intermediate-level position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing client interactions and coordinating tasks to keep projects on track. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Serving as a point of contact for clients, conducting or participating in client calls, documenting action items, managing project deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinating internal tasks among designers, web developers, copywriters, and other team members to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintaining project timelines, status reports, and task trackers.
• Helping manage changes, scope clarifications, onboarding of new projects, and basic risk/issue escalation.
• Supporting creative briefs, website build checklists, content collection, and quality-control review.
• Communicating clearly with clients and team members, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You are located in the Greater Cleveland area (Eastlake, Cleveland, Lake County or nearby) and are willing to commute to our Eastlake office, with the exception of remote Fridays.
• You have some experience (1-3 years) in project coordination, administrative coordination, or junior project support roles.
• You are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, both clients and internal team members.
• You're comfortable leading a call with a client, taking ownership of follow-up items, and ensuring the team moves forward.
• You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep things on track.

You have strong communication skills, verbal and written. - Bonus: familiarity with website builds, creative workflows, or agency environments. This is not required.
