Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products.
• Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment.
• Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements.
• Participate in our safety-first culture.
• Share your expertise by training team members.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-player mindset.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs . PPE provided.
