Maintenance Technician

Temp to Hire $20/hour

Monday – Thursday 2:45pm – 1:15am

What you'll be doing:

• Operate mill, lathe, grinder, power hand tools, forklifts, and hand tools
• Build new equipment, racks and crates as needed
• Problem solve equipment failures on equipment located internally and externally
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures
• Clean up around buildings and properties
• Address safety concerns throughout plant, including maintaining safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, eye wash stands, etc.)
• Order materials when needed and maintain appropriate inventory of supplies

Who we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One-year prior maintenance experience
• Experience with machinery troubleshooting
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
