- Diagnose and treat lawn, tree, and plant issues
- Apply weed control, fertilizers, and other turf treatments
- Help with seasonal services like seeding, aeration, clean-ups, and pruning
- Manage your own routes and deliver great customer experiences
- Represent the Yard Smart brand in the field
- CURRENT APPLICATOR LICENSE THROUGH THE OH DEPT OF AG
- OR willingness to become licensed with in 9mos of starting.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things

- Passion for the outdoors and working with your hands
