Now Hiring Machine Operators in Solon, Ohio

• Set up, operate, and adjust packaging machines. • Load film, cartons, labels, and other materials. • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems. • Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods. • Complete basic production paperwork. Requirements • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Forklift experience (certification a plus). • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for long periods. • Basic math and reading skills. • Prior manufacturing experience a plus.
