Responsibilities

  Build and maintain relationships with customers

  Assess needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options

  Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits

  Negotiate pricing and close sales with professionalism and confidence

  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction before and after the sale

Qualifications

  Previous automotive sales experience (Ford experience a plus)



• 
  

  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
