Heavy Duty Towing Operator

HEAVY DUTY TOWING OPERATOR WANTED - Class A CDL Required.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operator with a Class A CDL to join us!

• Schedule: Must be available for nights and weekends on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must live within 15 minutes of New Philadelphia, OH.
• Must be over 25 years of age.
• Competitive pay based on experience & expertise.
• No insurance benefits offered at this time.
• Scheduling can be flexible for standard shift with right candidate.

About the Job:

• Operate light to heavy duty tow trucks (Class A CDL required).
• Safely recover and transport a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform routine truck maintenance and inspections.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer calls.
• Handle both routine calls and complex recoveries with confidence.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to unexpected situations.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies (we operate 24/7).

Requirements:

• CDL Class A required.
• Drug free.
• Clean background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional appearance & customer-focused attitude.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicles & equipment.
• Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot, and solve problems in the field.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work hard.
