Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support senior account managers, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the successful execution of outreach and engagement strategies. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and day-to-day communications

• Support the coordination and execution of account strategies

• Prepare reports, client updates, and meeting notes

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

• Attend client meetings and internal briefings

• Help ensure timely delivery of services and fulfillment of client needs

• Maintain accurate records and assist in CRM system updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
