Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist
• Location: Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio healthcare jobs)
• Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating Room, Level I Trauma Center
• Start Date: November 3, 2025
• End Date: February 2, 2026
• Duration: 13-week travel contract
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (06:30 - 17:00), rotating call and weekends
• Estimated Weekly Hours: 40

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech, ideally in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital
• Strong proficiency in C-arm and O-arm operation
• Experience performing X-ray procedures in surgical/OR settings
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to float to other imaging units of equal acuity
• Two professional references required (one from a supervisor or manager)
• Ohio fingerprinting required upon contract signing
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Deliver expert C-arm and O-arm imaging coverage for perioperative and trauma cases
• Perform X-ray procedures for surgical interventions and trauma patients
• Collaborate with surgical and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, following safety and quality protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training in radiologic technology
• Float to other imaging units as needed to support clinical operations
